What is the best natural supplement you can recommend for weight loss that does not contain any stimulants? I am very sensitive to caffeine.

I have been taking the Slim-4© you recommended for weight loss and I have lost 24 pounds over the last 10 weeks, and I did not even change my diet or exercise habits! Now that I’m back to my normal weight, do I just stop taking it?
No! Once you reach your goal weight, I recommend dropping to a maintenance dosage. The typical dosage of Slim-4© for aggressive weight loss is three times daily 15- 30 minutes before meals. Once you achieve your desired weight, drop down to once daily dosing every morning for about two months. If you maintain your goal weight during this time, you can just stop altogether. The majority of patients are able to maintain at this point. If you do happen to gain a few pounds later on, just immediately start back on the maintenance dosage before the gains become significant.
Personal Note - After watching my patients for years lose sometimes 30 to 40 pounds or more taking Slim-4, I decided to try it for myself in late September of 2015. Due to my wife Lindsey's excellent cooking and being too busy to work out, I had gradually crept up to my heaviest weight ever - 236 pounds. I was miserable - none of my clothes fit and I could barely even buckle my size 36 jeans. My weight fluctuates day to day a bit but I was a solid 234 pounds when I started the Slim-4 combo.
